Return Policy:
• LED products: Our LED products can be returned for a full refund for any reason in the first 60 days following purchase. This allows enough time to see if improvement may occur in people with chronic (long term) problems where improvement is generally the slowest. Chee Energy will repair or replace problem LED instruments free of charge (at our option) during the first 12 months following purchase. • Supplement products: Supplement bottles can be returned for a refund if their tamper-proof seals are intact. Please call 800.442.8029 for shipping instructions before returning any products.
• Delwa Star H+P: For hygiene reasons we can't take back the Delwa Star H anal heater device or probes. Please contact the importer at 888 993 3592 or: sales @zewa.com if you experience mechanical problems with this device.
• One Person Portable Infrared Sauna: 30 day return period subject to 10% restocking fee.
